I want to seek after the truth and know me and who I am. The more I search in myself the more I understand I have alot of bad behavorials which lives inside which causes the suffering I see in the world which I have made for myself. I think I understand my flaws intellicutally, but in my heart it doesn't seen grasp the concept.because if I really understand I wouldn't continue to do it. I want to live in peace with my mind,body, and spirit. I feel like I'm fightin with myself. And it makes me feel even more lost, alone and confuses. My question is where do I begin to truly understand and fix these flaws ?

You need to watch your habits more. That observation and understanding will bring you closer to the true self.
