Dear Archarya Shree,
I`am doing meditation for several years now, but I feel no progress. Maybe it`s wrong to achieve progress, but I try to recognize the gap between the thoughts. I have realized, that my mind is always thinking and that this prozess can be slowed down.
But I don`t find a state of none thinking.

Maybe it is wrong, that meditation is an act of doing?
When I observe my breath or my thoughts, then I am doing that with my mind. My mind is the observer.
What can I do to get a step further in meditation?

Learn how to just Be. Don't worry about your mind and thoughts.
