Hello Master,

I think this problem is for MOST of the people like us.
Personally, it is ALWAYS in my mind. I realized that,
I can not make the CHOICE to remove it.
It seems I love it and like it and want
to hold it for entire my life.
And I have wife too with a 2 years kid.
I do it physically once a week.

People like me for my good characters and I am a nice & honest guy, as I believe.
So I am confused about my status. Please allow me to ask following questions:

1. Is it ok to think that, I heavily involved with sexual activities in my past life ?
2. I have to keep it, in this life for my past life's actions ?
3. Is there any way to turn this mental sexual thinking into Meditation so that I can grow spirituality ?

I am really hopeless because, my mind always says that, DO NOT REMOVE IT!
I need your help.

It seems you have a mental sexual addiction. So to break it, you need a lot of spiritual practices under the guidance of a master. These mental fantasies has nothing to do with past lives or spirituality.
